New product

Realized 2-flute long neck ball end mill with short shank for long time and high precision machining on hardened steel up to 70HRC. Developed new 「MUGEN COATING PREMIUM Plus」to realize long time machining on high hard steel that over 60HRC. Additionally, when grinding, polished edge profile seamless, upgrade R accuracy to ±0.003mm realizes high precision machining.

1. New coating MUGEN COATING PREMIUM Plus with high Oxidation resistance and abrasion resistance.

2. Adopting cutting edge shape with reduced cutting load.

3. Non-step grinding between peripheral cutting edge and R helped R accuracy realizes high precision within ±0.003mm.
